S.E.E.D Space is an innovation hub for socially minded entrepreneurs and high-performance growing businesses with social impact.

It is based on an AIC model (Acceleration, Incubation and Co-Working), it provides physical space for the following functions:

Accelerator: an intensive and highly motivational environment to support Entrepreneurs through intensive, onsite mentoring, seed funding, real-world product testing and introductions to investors;

Incubator: a monitored environment to provide Entrepreneurs with broad-based, on-demand, less intensive support than the Accelerator; 

Co-Working space: a shared and supportive environment for Entrepreneurs to include affordable office facilities and voluntary Mentorship programmes.

Each S.E.E.D Space will engage with local councils, local businesses, educational institutes and other interested parties as part of a borough by borough growth programme.
